We aim to get your item dispatched to you within 7 working days of your order. We use a next day delivery service with Royal Mail, your item will need to be signed for upon delivery and if you are not at home when your item is delivered then Royal Mail will leave a card or try again the next day. We cannot tell you the exact time your item will be delivered to you. We can deliver to Europe but delivery prices will vary. Please let us know if you would like your item shipped to Europe and we will confirm a price with you.

The following terms and conditions of service apply to all products and services provided by justicedesigns.co.uk,all work is carried out by us on the understanding that the customer has agreed to justicedesigns terms and conditions. Copyright is retained by us on all design work and artwork including words, pictures, ideas, visuals and illustrations (unless specifically released in writing) and after all costs have been settled. Our company takes your privacy very seriously and we do all we can to ensure you have a safe and secure visit to our site. Our site is protected by a 256 SSL encryption so your details will be safe with us. We do not distribute your personal information to any third parties.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns unless we have made an error on the garment or there is a fault with the printing. If you think that you have received faulty goods then please call us or send an email asap and we will give you the option of a reprint or a full refund. Returns will not be accepted without agreement by justicedesigns. You must let us know what the problem is and also send us photographic evidence of the complaint.

You can simply order your t-shirt or t-shirts by choosing the character/s and the text style that you would like your text printed in and what you would like your personalisation to say. You can also have your initials printed onto the t-shirt for free, but please state this when ordering your t-shirt, then add it to your basket and proceed to the checkout.

All of our prices that are quoted to you are in GBP, prices may be subject to change but we will always inform you of any price changing prior to processing your order. You can make your payment for your item through PayPal. Orders will not be processed until payment has cleared.

You can view your recent orders by logging into your account, it will tell you the last items you ordered and your most recent orders.

You can update your account information by logging into your account and changing the necessary bits of information that you would like to be changed.
